· Valencia Bank Building (Newport Beach, CA): Tenant improvements for 6-story office building. Project Value: $7 Million. · Diamond Bar High School (Diamond Bar, CA): Construction of new high school for the Walnut (California) School District. Construction included a new full-size gymnasium with full locker room facilities. Project Value: $25 Million. · Whittier Law School (Costa Mesa, CA) Construction & Renovation: New building and renovation of existing buildings for a new Law School. Project Value: $8 Million. · Vista Del Mar Hospital (Ventura, CA): Single story remodel of existing rooms and addition. Project Value: $500,000. · Visalia Mall (Visalia, CA) Expansion & Renovation: Mall renovation, food court expansion & design-build parking structure Project Value: $11.5 Million. · Del Amo Fashion Center (Torrance, CA) Renovation: Renovation and new Lifestyle Wing for 3,000,000 sq. ft. mall (Pre-Construction services including abatement and demolition of Phase 1). Project Value: $70 Million. · 1010 Wilshire Blvd. (Los Angeles, CA) Conversion: Adaptive Re-Use project involving renovation and conversion of a 16-story office building into 227 luxury apartments. Included intensive seismic upgrade to the existing structure. Project Value: $53 Million. · Barney’s New York (Beverly Hills, CA): Managed the planning and construction of the unique structural system (“Up-Down” construction method as designed by Englekirk Engineers) used at Barneys New York store and parking garage in Beverly Hills. · Colorado Mills (Lakewood, CO) Entertainment Center: Construction of new Mills mall/entertainment center, including UA Movie Theatre, and new parking structure. Project Value: $100 Million. · Downtown Disney (Anaheim, CA) Entertainment Center: 203,000 sq. ft. site development with 12 buildings, 9 fountains, retail shell/core entertainment center at Disney-land. Project Value: $65 Million. · The Block at Orange (Orange, CA) Entertainment Center: Conversion of old City Mall into new single level retail/entertainment center of approximately 850,000 sq. ft. Project Value: $57 Million. · Crocker Bank Office Building (Newport Beach, CA): Construction of new 8-story office building. Project Value: $9 Million. · Great Western Bank Headquarters (Chatsworth, CA): Two new multi-story buildings with support buildings.
