A partial list of past and current projects:

Remodel of the basement area, including a new G.I. Lab and Endoscopy rooms.

The project involved the remodel of all three main hotels including the central courtyard area pools and guest areas. A new waterslide was also part of the project.

New parking structures, site renovation, site utility relocation; shopping center renovations & building pad for the new Nordstrom store.

Several new support buildings including a new commercial kitchen and an entertainment/recording facility.  There was also extensive site development and utility services for the new Cars Land.

New entertainment buildings and retail shops, including new restaurants. Included the demolition and new construction of the iconic Monorail Station.

Downtown Disney  -  Anaheim, ca

· Valencia Bank Building (Newport Beach, CA): Tenant improvements  for 6-story office building. Project Value: $7 Million.

· Diamond Bar High School (Diamond Bar, CA): Construction of new high school for the Walnut (California) School District. Construction included a new full-size gymnasium with full locker room facilities. Project Value: $25 Million.

· Whittier Law School (Costa Mesa, CA) Construction  & Renovation: New building and renovation of existing buildings for a new Law School. Project Value: $8 Million.

· Vista Del Mar Hospital  (Ventura, CA): Single story remodel  of existing rooms and addition. Project Value: $500,000.

· Visalia Mall (Visalia, CA) Expansion & Renovation: Mall renovation, food court expansion & design-build parking structure Project Value: $11.5 Million.

· Del Amo Fashion Center (Torrance, CA) Renovation: Renovation and new Lifestyle Wing for 3,000,000 sq. ft.  mall (Pre-Construction services including abatement and demolition of Phase 1). Project Value: $70 Million.

· 1010 Wilshire Blvd. (Los Angeles, CA) Conversion: Adaptive Re-Use project involving renovation and conversion of a 16-story office building into  227 luxury apartments.  Included intensive seismic upgrade to the existing structure. Project Value: $53 Million.

· Barney’s New York (Beverly Hills, CA): Managed  the planning and construction of the unique structural system (“Up-Down” construction method as designed  by Englekirk Engineers) used at Barneys New York store and parking garage in Beverly Hills.

· Colorado Mills (Lakewood, CO) Entertainment Center: Construction of new Mills mall/entertainment center, including UA Movie Theatre, and new parking structure. Project Value: $100 Million.

· Downtown Disney (Anaheim,  CA) Entertainment Center: 203,000 sq. ft. site development with 12 buildings, 9 fountains, retail shell/core entertainment center at Disney-land. Project Value: $65 Million.

· The Block at Orange (Orange, CA) Entertainment Center:  Conversion of old City Mall into new single level retail/entertainment center of approximately 850,000 sq. ft. Project Value: $57 Million.

· Crocker Bank Office Building (Newport Beach, CA): Construction of new 8-story office building. Project Value: $9 Million.

· Great Western Bank Headquarters (Chatsworth,  CA):  Two new multi-story buildings with support buildings. Project Value: $50 Million.

· California Medical Center (Los Angeles, CA): Construction  of two new medical buildings—one 9-story and one 8-story—adjoining an existing medical facility. Project Value: $45 Million.

· CPC Hospital (Santa Ana, CA): Three -story psychiatric hospital. Project Value: $9 Million.

· Fremont Hospital (Fremont, CA): Construction of new 3-story psychiatric hospital. Project Value: $10 Million.

· Martin Luther  Hospital  (Anaheim,  CA): Ninth-Story Hospital Addition/Renovation. Project Value: $4 Million.

· Scripps Hospital  (La Jolla, CA) Expansion & Renovation: OR/ER/ICU Expansion  / Addition Project Value: $12.5 Million.

· Scripps Hospital  (La Jolla, CA) Infrastructure & Utilities: Expansion of cogeneration plant and mechanical plant. Project Value: $7 Million.

· Scripps Hospital  (La Jolla, CA) Infrastructure & Utilities: Relocation of major utilities. Project Value: $3 Million.

· Fashion Island (Newport Beach, CA) Parking Structure: Renovation of site and relocation of main utilities; construction of new 1081 space parking structure; major landscaping and hardscape renovation. Property owned by the Irvine Company. Project Value: $28 Million.

· Glendale Galleria (Glendale, CA) Parking Structure: New 489,000 sq. ft., 3 level, Cast-in-Place post-tension, shear wall parking structure. Project Value: $8 Million.
